As a first-year Tax associate, you'll attend Tax Foundations, an immersive program challenging you to think beyond the return and appreciate the impact of tax decisions. As a first-year Advisory associate, you'll attend Advisory Foundations, a one-week intensive training program focused on the specific services you'll be providing in your first engagements and consultant skills you can apply to a wide range of future challenges. Within your first year (and in every year to follow), you'll attend in-person Advisory Learning sessions, where you'll have the opportunity to design a training week based on your individual learning needs and interests. Interview Process

Soon after the application deadline, you'll be notified if you've been selected for an interview. If your application progresses, you will have two live video interviews with business leaders, which provides scheduling flexibility. To interview successfully via video, you’ll want to practice beforehand:

Next Steps

Most decisions are made within two weeks of interviewing. Specifics vary by KPMG office, but after your video interviews, you’ll hear if we are extending a job offer or an invitation to visit one of our offices in person. When you visit, you’ll meet your potential colleagues, explore the office and experience the KPMG culture as well as our diverse and inclusive environment.
